3M Invest B.V. is an independent Dutch investment holding (Chamber of Commerce 84127325), based at Frankeneng 17G in Ede, Gelderland. We invest our own capital — €50,000 to €2,000,000 per investment — in companies where strategic involvement demonstrably adds value.
3M Invest was founded in 2021 by Michel van de Pol and Michel Hardeman. We are not affiliated with the American industrial conglomerate 3M Company. Per investment we determine the appropriate structure — from minority to majority stakes — and combine capital with governance, network and operational sparring. From Ede we serve companies throughout the Netherlands.
